About Wasema
Updated: 06/10/2026
Wasema is an independent publication of product reviews for European consumers. We publish honest and comprehensive analyses — always with pros and cons, never paid reviews.
What we do
We analyze consumer products in depth: electronics, home, health, sports, and books. Our goal is for you to reach Amazon knowing exactly what you are going to buy and why.
We publish in more than 10 European languages so each reader can find the analysis in their language.
Business model: full transparency
Wasema participates in the Amazon Associates program. When you click on a product link and purchase, we receive a small commission — at no additional cost to you. This commission is what keeps the site free for readers.
All articles with affiliate links explicitly indicate this in the header. Commissions do not influence our ratings — we include cons even when they hurt conversion, because our readers need to know.
Editorial standards

- We do not accept products in exchange for positive reviews. Never.
- We always include pros AND cons. A review without cons is advertising, not journalism.
- Prices are not hardcoded. We link directly to Amazon, where the price is always current at the time of purchase.
- We update content. We review posts when products change.
- No sponsored content. There is no paid article on Wasema by a brand.
Editorial ethics
We comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the consumer protection regulations of each European market we operate in. This means:
- Visible disclosure on every article with affiliate links
- Internal prohibition of dark patterns (artificial urgency, false scarcity)
- We do not publish products in high‑risk categories
- We especially protect vulnerable audiences
The team
Wasema is a project founded in 2024. We use artificial intelligence to scale editorial production, with human oversight in compliance, ethics, and quality. Every publication goes through an automated legal and ethical verification gate before reaching the reader.
